ELPP shall at all times strive to empower communities to overcome the effects of poverty and injustice.

2.      Linking Communities

ELPP shall at all times struggle to link poor communities to service providers including microfinances institutions and reliable market.

3.      Protecting Human Rights.

ELPP shall at all times fight for protecting, promoting and respecting human rights.

4.      Protecting the environment.

ELPP shall at all times strive to protect the environment through engaging in Humanitarian Programmes, Natural Resource Management, Climate Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction.

ELPP shall at all times uphold as one of its core values, full openness to its members, beneficiaries and partners, with respect to its processes, operations, actions and outcomes
