Partnership and Networking

ELPP works in partnership with Oxfam Tanzania and SNV to implement development and humanitarian programmes in Tanzania. The organization has six (6) permanent staff. four (4) out of these have relevant skills in Project Cycle Management, Climate Change, Climate Smart Agriculture and Natural Resource Management while two (2) have relevant skills in financial accounting and management. ELPP has proven track records in implementing development and humanitarian response projects in Tanzania. These projects including Opportunities for Youth Employment, Water and Sanitation, Climate Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction, Promotion of climate smart agriculture and Environmental conservation, Economic empowerment to the most vulnerable groups of people and capacity building to the community and technical staff. Also, the organization, has a proven track record of accomplishments through working with various stakeholders in the regions of Shinyanga, Tabora, Geita, Simiyu, Mwanza and Kagera.

Since inception, ELPP has worked with different partners including Central, Local Government, Local and International development partners . ELPP is a member of various networks locally and internationally including Nairobi Peace Initiative (NPI), Kahama NGO Network, Mwanza NGOs Policy Initiative, and Tanzania NGO Network.
