He is the Chief Executive Officer for the Organization entitled “Empowerment Linkage for Poverty Palliation (ELPP)” Tanzania.He has been working with ELPP for the period of over 10 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Agriculture (University of Reading –England). His Master’s Degree is assorted with Post Graduate Studies in: Education and Training Management (Wolver Hampton, England); Organization Development (East Africa Support Unit for NGOs (EASUN), Kenya; Policy Advocacy (Institute of Development Policy and Management of the University of Antwerp, Belgium) and Peace Building (Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA).
Alphonce C. Kichemuli
He has been working with ELPP at the position of Finance and Administration Manager for the period of 10 year. He holds Bachelor Degree of Arts in Economic Planning, with a focus on financial accounting (University of Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania).
This is concretized with post-graduate diploma in financial accounting and management, short term studies in M&E, Project Cycle Management, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Natural Resource Management, Disaster risk Reduction. He has pursued short term studies in Training of Trainers; Competence based Economies through Formation of Enterprises. Advocacy Component for the Business Enterprises Strengthening for Tanzania, Business Planning and Management Skills.
Projestus Mwemezi
He has been working with ELPP for the period of over 3 year at the position of Climate Change (CC) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Project Officer (Funded by the Belgium Government and supported by Oxfam Belgium). He, holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management (Marburg University, Germany). He has worked over twelve (12) years with national and international NGOs including. ELPP, SHDEPHA+; Molly’s Network; Foundation for Tomorrow, The Global Fund, USAID, Children in Crossfire, Save the Children and concern worldwide.
He has an extensive experience in developing and managing development projects/programs; developing project M&E systems and carrying out evaluation studies; Facilitating Organization Development (O.D) and conducting organizational capacity assessments.In-addition, he has extensive experience in engaging with various stakeholders from the local community, Local Government Authorities (LGA), development partners and the donor community.
Leticia K. Shilinde
She has been working with ELPP for the period of over 3 year at the position of Climate Change (CC) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Project-MEAL-Assistant.She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce in Accounting (University of Dodoma). The basic degree is assorted with post graduate studies in M&E, Project Cycle Management, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Natural Resource Management and Disaster risk Reduction.
John Pius Mpangarusya
He is currently working with ELPP at the position of WASH, Youth and Women Empowerment Advisor. He holds B.A Degree in Archaeology (University of Dar-Es-Salaam).
The basic degree is assorted with post graduate studies in M&E, Project Cycle Management, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Natural Resource Management, Disaster risk Reduction, as well as Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Management.
Rebeca Mutungi
She has been working with ELPP at the position of Climate Change (CC) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Project M&E Officer.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance (Institute of Finance and Management –Tanzania). The basic degree is assorted with post graduate studies in M&E, Project Cycle Management, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Natural Resource Management, Disaster risk Reduction, as well as Vulnerability and Risk Assessment.
